How to buy on our online shop ?
- To buy at Interactive Arts you will need to find your way to the shop. This can be found by the top menu (BUY ONLINE) or through the categories at the bottom of the home page Art Gifts Events.
- Once you are at the Interactive Arts Shop then browse our items by the left hand menus:

Each item has an orange 'Add to Cart' button or Green 'Details' button. I recommend looking at the details because if several variations are available for the item then they will all be listed under the Available Options menu below. Make sure the option you want is selected from the drop-down list and all other options equal None. If there is no available options then the price should be in the item description. If not, please email me so I can rectify.
Can I order by mail or phone?
If you would prefer to speak to us to make your order, you are finding it difficult to make your purchase on the website we can take your order over the telephone or you can send an order form in the mail. Please note, if you wish to pay by credit card we still need to process your payment through Paypal as a non-member as this is our payment gateway for credit card payments. We also recommend providing an email address to enable use to processs your transaction via our website forour record-keeping purposes and email addresses are a good form or communication in addition to phone and address details.
Can I buy a gift voucher to send ?
Yes. You can choose the amount you would like to spend and either send as an email or print to give. Simply click on our Buy a Gift Voucher button here on on the homepage. The vouchers are redeemable through paypal because this is our payment gateway and ensures your funds are secure.
What quality are your items?
Our Art, Gifts and Cards are made from the highest quality products. We aim to provide the highest quality at reasonable prices.
Original Art
All our artists use archival/conservation grade materials to ensure your images have the longest life possible. We recommend to assist this preservation to hang/store your art out of direct sunlight.
Prints
Archival Prints on Premium Quality Lustre or Matte 100% Rag
Fine Art Paper (Textured or Smooth) or 100% American textured cotton canvas with
invisible UV matte laminate coating. The final coating protects your print from dust. We recommend to assist this preservation to hang/store your art out of direct sunlight.
Gifts
Most of our gifts are made by artists that work with high quality fabrics, beads, crystals, print processes to produce long-lasting, unique items.
Cards
All our cards are made from high quality card in Australia and where possible using either environmentally friendly printers, processes or paper.
Once ordered what do I get?
Original Art
You will receive the original art work the artist created, these are once only items.
Paper Prints
Are expertly printed onto fine art paper, Premium Quality Lustre or Matte 100% Rag
Fine Art Paper (Textured or Smooth), and iif ordered unframed sent to you rolled in a strong postage cyclinder for protection. If orderd framed our expert framer will use archival grade materials and a complimentary frame to protect and enhance your image. This will then be sent to you packaged carefully to ensure it arrives undamaged.
Canvas Prints
Are expertly printed onto artists’ canvas (100% American textured cotton canvas). The piece is hand stretched around a solid 30mm thick pine moulding, finished professionally with hanging cord attached.
Payment options explained
Credit Card: can I pay by Credit card if I don't have a Paypal account?
Yes you can. Choose the Paypal option in our check out process; Paypal is able to process your transaction without a Paypal account. This option will appear on the left hand side of the Paypal screen look for:
Cheque/Money Order: do you accept these as payment?
We do accept cheque or money orders as payment however your item will not be sent until the payment is received and cleared.
Cash on Delivery
This payment option means you can have the item delivered to you and payment (cash) paid to hand over your oder.
PayPal
You can use this method to pay using your Paypal account or it also can be used to pay by your credit card without a Paypal account.
I am not an artist but can I have my photos printed?
If you have a special photo you would like enlarged and printed on high quality paper or canvas we are able to provide this in consultation with us. Please refer to our prices under Arts name or Art category You.
Can I pick up my purchase?
Yes you certainly can. All items can be collected from our business located in Shenton Park, Perth, Western Australia. Simply select Cash On Delivery payment method and include this request as comments when you confirm your transaction.
Why are some items delivered within 5-10 working days and some 3-4 working days?
Most of the larger items (canvases, framed prints) are ordered from the time of your purchase, therefore we need to allow up to 10 working days to arrange your item to be printed, framed and sent to you.
What if my items are damaged?
Should there be any printing defect we are more than happy to replace it however you need to return it and notify us within 7 days. If it is damaged in transit please contact us to discuss your circumstance however we do aim for items to arrive in 'mint' condition due to our care in packaging.
How do I select other currencies?
Across on any of our pages (other than the homepage) you can select US Dollar, Australian Dollar, Pounds Sterling or Euro from the Currencies drop down box.
Are more currencies available?
Yes, simply contact Fleur Allen with the currency you require and we will confirm if this is possible
Can I contact your Artists?
We can certainly pass on any questions to our Artists on your behalf.
