Narelle loves to observe natures design in everyday objects, exploring the complexities of texture, light, shade and reflection. She enjoys portraying these features whilst manipulating the perspectives of detail and obscurity.

Sometimes the paint needs to portray the translucency of an oil, at others, it may bleed like a water colour to show the interaction between substances.
